## Why the giveaways are fair

1. **The list closes before the draw** — and is published as a fingerprint — it can't be changed afterwards
2. **A drand number picks the winners** — a public random number nobody knows in advance
3. **Anyone can recount the result** — right in the browser, on the verification page
4. **One person — one ticket** — accounts from one phone and farms get no tickets

## Star cheques

A cheque is a link through which the first N people take the author's stars. Catch them in the channel: turn on notifications, press “Claim” and meet the conditions.

## Giveaways FAQ

### Isn't it a scam? How do I verify the results?

Every giveaway has a verification page: the list is closed before the draw, a public random number picks the winners, and you can recount it yourself.

### Do I have to pay to take part?

No, the organizer pays for the prizes.

### When will the prize come?

Right after the results, to your wallet in the bot.

### Why was I turned down?

A condition isn't met: a subscription, a boost, Premium, account level, an NFT. The bot tells you what is missing.

### Can I take part from several accounts?

No: one person — one ticket. Accounts from one phone and farms get no tickets.

### What is a cheque and how do I get one?

A link through which the first N people take the author's stars. Press “Claim” in the channel post and meet the conditions.

### How often are there giveaways?

Whenever organizers start them; all of them come to the channel.
