Crypto Bot (@CryptoBot) is a Telegram bot for buying, selling, storing and sending cryptocurrency and paying with it. The service holds the coins for you, and you sign in with your Telegram account. It is not a trading robot: you buy and swap coins yourself. And it is a separate service from Walt (the former Wallet in Telegram).

## What Crypto Bot can do

- **Wallet** — balances in USDT, USDC, [GRAM](https://shiba-bank.com/en/guides/gram) (formerly TON), BTC, ETH and more; deposits to an address, withdrawals to an outside wallet.
- **P2P Market** — buy and sell coins for bank transfers and payment systems with other users.
- **Exchange** — trade one coin for another inside the service.
- **Checks, invoices and subscriptions** — coins by link, payment requests and paid access to a private channel or group.
- **Crypto Pay** — a payment API for bots and sites; the Shiba Bank bot uses it for invoices in USDT.

All of it runs in [@CryptoBot](https://t.me/CryptoBot) itself. Fees and limits are described in the [help center](https://help.send.tg/en/).

## How to deposit into Crypto Bot

1. **Send coins.** Open the wallet's deposit page, pick a coin and a network, and copy the address. Deposits carry no fee, but the network you send on must match the one you chose: coins sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered. You can generate a new address, so copy the current one from the deposit page.
2. **Buy coins.** No crypto yet? Buy it on the P2P Market: you pay the seller by bank card transfer or through a payment system using their details, and they release the coins.

> **Important:** Crypto Bot locks deposits of coins traced to dark markets, mixers, gambling, or sanctioned or stolen funds. Such deposits are marked "locked" under its anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.

## How to withdraw from Crypto Bot

**To another wallet**, for example [Keeper (formerly Tonkeeper)](https://shiba-bank.com/en/guides/tonkeeper): open Withdraw, pick the coin and network, enter the address and amount, and confirm. The fee depends on the coin and network, and a wrong network can't be fixed.

**To a bank card** there is no direct route: sell the coins first. On the P2P Market choose Sell, pick how you want to receive money and a suitable offer. Confirm receipt only once the money is in your banking app. You can also send coins to an exchange or an exchange service that pays out to cards; see [how to withdraw USDT to a card](https://shiba-bank.com/en/guides/usdt-to-card).

If something doesn't open or an operation is suspended, check the Crypto Bot help center: it has articles on unavailable regions and on transaction review.

## When Crypto Bot asks for verification

The service describes these cases:

- **A locked deposit.** If a deposit is locked under the AML policy, you can send the coins back to an outside wallet after identity verification (KYC): open Wallet → Locked Deposits, pick the deposit and tap Pass Verification — a web page with instructions opens. Do not send such coins back to your Crypto Bot deposit address: they will be locked again.
- **A transaction review.** A deposit or withdrawal can be suspended for review; the possible reasons are listed in the help center under transaction review.
- **Account security.** The help center has an article on why a PIN code is needed: it protects your funds if someone gets into your Telegram account.

Questions go to support in [@CryptoSupportBot](https://t.me/CryptoSupportBot). Verify only inside the app: the service says its support never writes in private messages to offer verification, cancel a deal or ask for an extra payment.

> **Important:** The Shiba Bank bot asks for no identity verification of its own. If Crypto Bot itself asks for one, those are its rules, and you should pass it only inside Crypto Bot.

## Crypto Bot checks and Stars cheques

A Crypto Bot check is coins by link: the recipient collects them onto their Crypto Bot balance. It can be single-use or multi-use, with a password and a restriction on who may receive it. A cheque in the Shiba Bank bot (the bot's own spelling) is similar but holds Telegram Stars:

| | Crypto Bot check | Shiba Bank cheque |
|---|---|---|
| Inside | coins: USDT, GRAM and others | Telegram Stars |
| Create | in @CryptoBot | in the bot: "🧾 Create a cheque" |
| Lands in | a Crypto Bot balance | the bot's wallet; Stars can then go to an account |
| Conditions | password, recipient | password, recipient, subscription, account requirements, a share for reposts |

The two do not convert into each other. More: [Stars cheques](https://shiba-bank.com/en/guides/cheques).

## How to pay for Stars or Premium with Crypto Bot

The invoice in Crypto Bot is issued in USDT:

1. In the Shiba Bank bot tap "⭐ Buy Stars" or "👑 Buy Premium" and pick the amount (or term) and the recipient.
2. Choose "🪙 Crypto" (the button may show a price), then "CryptoBot": the bot shows the total in USDT, with the method's fee already counted.
3. Confirm with "💳 Confirm" and the amount, then tap "💳 Pay" and the amount — the invoice opens in Crypto Bot.
4. Pay from your USDT balance.
5. The bot spots the payment and delivers the Stars or Premium, usually within seconds; "🔄 Check payment" checks it at once.

The invoice stays open for 30 minutes; if it runs out, tap "🔁 Repeat order". No USDT? Swap other coins for USDT on Crypto Bot's exchange or top up. The list also offers paying from your own TON wallet — "👛 Tonkeeper etc." Prices: [Stars prices](https://shiba-bank.com/en/prices).

In specific cases, such as sending back a locked deposit. Verify only inside the app: support never writes first.
