Stars are given away by real people from their wallets in the bot — the bot doesn't print stars. Mods, “generators” and star “hacks” are a scam: they ask for a code or a payment and give nothing.

Who gets the stars in a giveaway for active members?
Random members who wrote in the chat in the last 12 hours or pressed “🙋 Join BOOM”; each gets at least one star.
And in a giveaway with reactions?
The first who reacted as asked or pressed the button while seats were left. The chat may set conditions.
How much can I get?
As much as is given away: usually from one to a few dozen stars per giveaway. No amount is promised.
Where are my stars? How do I withdraw them to my account?
In the bot's wallet; to withdraw — “Wallet → Withdraw → To a Telegram account”.
Do “free stars” mods and bots work?
No. Stars don't come from nowhere: someone bought each one first. Apps that promise stars for a code, a password or an “activation” are a scam.
