The @barboskich_stars_bot referral program lets users earn rewards from eligible purchases made by people they invite. Rewards are credited as internal Stars to the Partner's personal Wallet. Participation is optional; this is a bonus program and does not guarantee income.

1.Partners and referral attribution

1.1.A Partner is a user who shares a personal referral link. A Referral is a user who opens that link before their first externally paid order and is attributed to the Partner. The user may already be registered in the bot if they have not paid for an order yet.

1.2.The personal link is available under “Invite friends”. Using it does not increase the invited user's price.

1.3.Attribution is created once when:

  • the Partner is registered in the bot;
  • the user is not inviting themselves;
  • the user has no other Partner;
  • the user has not had an externally paid order. A paid order that was later refunded or disputed still counts as a prior payment for this condition.

1.4.Opening another referral link later does not change the Partner. Existing valid attributions remain in place when these Rules take effect.

1.5.The program has one level: a Partner earns only from purchases made by users they invited directly.

2.Eligible purchases

2.1.An Eligible Purchase is an externally paid and successfully fulfilled Stars purchase of at least 50 Stars.

2.2.Eligible purchases are:

  • a Stars purchase delivered to a recipient;
  • an external top-up of the internal Stars Wallet.

2.3.A Wallet top-up is counted only when the external payment is received. Spending or distributing the same Stars later does not create another reward.

2.4.The following are not eligible:

  • unpaid, cancelled, expired or unfulfilled orders;
  • payments from the internal Stars balance;
  • +send, +boom and other internal transfers or giveaways;
  • Stars awarded for ads, activity, promo codes, tests or compensation;
  • Premium or TON purchases;
  • Stars sales;
  • orders with zero, negative or unvalued profit;
  • duplicate, erroneous or technical records of one payment.

2.5.One purchase can create no more than one referral reward.

3.Active referrals and Partner levels

3.1.An Active Referral is a Referral whose eligible purchase of at least 50 Stars has been successfully fulfilled. That Referral counts toward the Partner's level for 30 days from the purchase date. The first eligible purchase already uses the 20% rate; later purchases use the level that includes this Referral. Disputed purchases and purchases under review do not raise the level.

3.2.One Referral is counted as active only once, regardless of how many purchases they make.

3.3.The Partner's share depends on the number of active Referrals:

  • 1–2 active Referrals — 20% of the calculated partner profit;
  • 3–5 — 25%;
  • 6–10 — 30%;
  • 11–20 — 40%;
  • 21 or more — 50%.

3.4.The level is recalculated automatically. The interface shows the current level, active Referrals and progress toward the next level.

3.5.A level already fixed for a calculated reward is not changed retroactively by a later level change.

4.Reward calculation

4.1.The Service first calculates the purchase's positive profit: the payment received minus payment-method fees, Stars cost and direct fulfilment expenses.

4.2.To protect against incorrect exchange rates or overstated values, the partner basis cannot exceed the standard planned profit for the purchased quantity fixed by the program policy on the purchase date. If actual profit is lower, the lower actual amount is used.

4.3.Formula:

Reward = calculated partner profit × Partner share.

4.4.Example: if calculated partner profit is USD 1 and the Partner level is 30%, the reward is USD 0.30.

4.5.No reward is created if profit is zero, negative or cannot be valued reliably.

4.6.Calculations are stored to one millionth of a US dollar. The interface may round amounts to two decimal places.

4.7.The Service records the order, policy, level, revenue, direct expenses and reward. Later price or rule changes do not recalculate a valid reward retroactively, except for Section 7 cases.

4.8.When purchase profit is estimated, only 75% of the calculated basis is used. The remaining 25% is a reserve for exchange-rate, fee and direct-cost adjustments. The full basis is used for actual profit and for a prepaid internal Stars top-up whose cash and procurement budget are already fixed.

5.When and how a reward is credited

5.1.A reward is calculated after the Referral's order is successfully fulfilled and is credited immediately. There is no separate waiting period.

5.2.Rewards are credited as internal Stars to the Partner's personal Wallet. The calculated USD amount is converted into a whole number of Stars at the internal accounting cost of one Star at the moment of crediting. Any amount smaller than the cost of one Star stays in the Partner's accumulator and joins the next rewards; as soon as the accumulator reaches the cost of a whole Star, that Star is credited to the Wallet automatically.

5.3.If a specific payment or order needs additional review (including signs of a refund, dispute or abuse), crediting is paused until the review completes. An exact completion date cannot be promised in advance; the Partner may contact support.

5.4.If the Partner's personal Wallet is restricted under the Service's rules, calculated amounts stay in the accumulator and are credited as Stars once the restriction is lifted.

5.5.A technical interruption does not erase a reward. Crediting continues after service restoration.

6.Credited Stars, the accumulator and USD remainders

6.1."Invite friends" shows the Stars earned, the accumulator (progress toward the next Star), and any withheld or adjusted amounts and USD remainder, if present.

6.2.Credited Stars are internal Stars of the personal Wallet and follow the "Internal Stars balance and +boom" rules: they can be withdrawn to a Telegram account, sent to a friend or sold in the bot. The accumulator and credited Stars are not a bank deposit, electronic money or a cryptocurrency wallet, and do not earn interest.

6.3.USD balances accumulated under Versions 1-2, before the switch to Stars crediting, are preserved. Such a remainder is either gradually converted into Stars under clause 5.2 or, while unconverted, may be paid out under the previous procedure: a request from USD 1, payout details in one message (a supported USDT address, a TON-network address, or the @username of a supported payment service; a seed phrase or private key is never required), manual processing usually within five business days, reservation of the entire available amount, and return of the reserved amount if the request is rejected. New rewards do not accumulate in USD.

6.4.While a Partner's USD payout request is being processed, conversion of their remainder into Stars is paused until the request completes.

7.Cancellations, refunds and disputes

7.1.If a purchase is cancelled, refunded, disputed or found erroneous, the related reward is voided in full or in the corresponding part, including after it has been credited.

7.2.If a refund or chargeback happens after crediting, the Partner's accumulator and accounting balance are adjusted by the amount of that reward. Stars already credited to the Wallet are not taken back.

7.3.If the adjustment makes the accounting balance negative, new rewards cover that debt first; Stars crediting and payouts resume only after it is covered.

7.4.Processing the same refund again does not create a second debit.

7.5.A Partner may dispute an adjustment through support by providing their Telegram ID, order number and known payment details. An initial reply is normally provided within three business days; a financial review may take up to ten business days.

8.Abuse prevention

8.1.The following are prohibited:

  • self-referrals;
  • fake, mass-created, linked or commonly controlled accounts;
  • circular referral chains;
  • artificial turnover or reuse of one payment for multiple rewards;
  • purchases made with a planned refund or chargeback;
  • automation, link substitution or bypassing restrictions;
  • spam or misuse of other people's personal data or brands;
  • promises of guaranteed income, non-existent discounts, or pretending to represent Telegram or the Service.

8.2.Where there is a reasonable abuse concern, the Service may temporarily pause attribution, rewards or payouts while reviewing the case.

8.3.Review may consider available account and payment links, repeated payment identifiers or recipients, and order/refund history. One matching signal alone does not necessarily prove abuse.

8.4.Confirmed abusive rewards are voided and program access may be restricted. The user may contact support and provide an explanation.

9.Earlier rewards and transitions between versions

9.1.Version 3 applies from 13 August 2026 to all rewards, including those calculated earlier: the waiting period is abolished, and rewards that were waiting for it were credited under Section 5 at the moment of transition.

9.2.The reward calculation procedure (Sections 2-4) applies to purchases fulfilled from 20 July 2026, 00:00 UTC. Rewards for earlier purchases are calculated under the rules that applied on their purchase date.

9.3.Previously credited balances remain fixed. They may change only because of a refund, chargeback, technical error, duplicate or confirmed abuse.

9.4.Existing valid attribution remains. Referrals do not need to open the link again.

10.Data and privacy

10.1.The Service processes the Partner's and Referral's Telegram IDs, attribution, orders, payment methods and statuses, Stars quantity, profit calculation, rewards, adjustments and payout requests for program operation.

10.2.A Partner sees aggregate statistics and, in the list of directly invited Referrals, a public username or name (when available) or a masked identifier, the join date and a general referral activity status. The Partner is not shown the Referral's order numbers or contents, amounts, payment methods, recipients or payment details.

10.3.A personal referral link contains the Partner's identifier and may be shared publicly by the Partner. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

11.Changes and termination

11.1.Rates, levels and terms may change for future purchases after a new version of the Rules is published. Existing valid rewards are not reduced retroactively except in the cases expressly stated here.

11.2.If the program ends, the Service announces it through the bot and provides a process for paying undisputed confirmed balances.

11.3.Each party is responsible for its own tax obligations under applicable law.
