How to run a Stars giveaway in a channel
How to run a Telegram Stars giveaway for your channel's subscribers with the Shiba Bank bot: budget, channels, entry conditions, protection from account farms and a result anyone can check.
In the Shiba Bank bot you can give away Stars from your wallet among the subscribers of your channels. The bot posts the giveaway, checks the entrants, picks the winners and credits their prizes itself.
How to start a giveaway
- In the bot tap "Giveaways" or send /raffles.
- Choose how many Stars to give away and how to split them between winners.
- Add channels: an entrant subscribes to all of the giveaway's channels. Your own channel is added at once; someone else's only with its owner's consent.
- Set the conditions and the deadline.
- Launch — the bot posts the giveaway with a button to join.
Entry conditions
You can require Telegram Premium, an account level, an NFT gift on the profile, a purchase in the bot, and boosts for one of the channels. The result comes at the set time, or as soon as the entrant limit is reached.
A fair result
- Protection from farms. Before the result the bot filters out account farms and extra accounts: one person, one ticket.
- Public randomness. The winners are picked by a public random number that appears only after the list of entrants has been fixed.
- Checking. Anyone can recount the result on the giveaway's check page.
What happens to the Stars
At launch the Stars are held. The winners get their prizes in their bot wallets, and whatever the winners did not get returns to your wallet.
