Fragment on Telegram: what it is and how to use it

Fragment (fragment.com) is a platform built by the Telegram team. It sells Stars and Telegram Premium, runs auctions for usernames and anonymous +888 numbers, and pays out as TON the Stars that channels and bots receive and that people and groups get for paid messages.
What you can do on Fragment
- Buy Stars — for yourself or anyone by @username, from 50 Stars.
- Buy Telegram Premium — for 3, 6 or 12 months, for any username.
- Buy and sell usernames and +888 numbers — at auctions.
- Withdraw Stars that channels and bots received, and Stars that people and groups got for paid messages — as TON. The minimum is 1,000 Stars, and each Star can be withdrawn 21 days after it was received.
How to buy Stars on Fragment
- Open fragment.com and connect a TON wallet, such as Tonkeeper, and your Telegram account.
- Choose Stars, the amount and the recipient's @username.
- Pay with crypto — GRAM on TON, USDT or USDC — and confirm the transfer in your wallet.
Fragment does not take bank cards: you need crypto and a crypto wallet.
If you have no crypto
In the Shiba Bank bot you can pay with Russian cards and SBP in roubles, or with Belarusian cards and ERIP. The bot buys the Stars through Fragment itself and credits them by @username, just as Fragment would. Crypto works in the bot too: USDT, GRAM and other coins, from any wallet.

Can you sell Stars through Fragment

Yes, Fragment was built by the Telegram team, and Telegram itself sends channel and bot owners there to withdraw Stars. The real address is fragment.com — beware of sites with lookalike addresses.
How many Stars can I buy on Fragment?
From 50 Stars at a time; large packages are there too.
Can I withdraw Stars from my personal account through Fragment?
Only the Stars you got for paid messages. Bought and gifted Stars can't be withdrawn — they can be sold, for example to the Shiba Bank bot for USDT.
Can I buy Stars for a friend on Fragment?
Yes, just enter their @username. The Shiba Bank bot does this too: choose “As a gift” and enter your friend's username.
